A Late January Art Break

Winter's Late Light by Deborah DeWit

Today's art break is another work from one of my favorite artists, Deborah DeWit. This one is titled "Winter's Late Light," and I think I chose it because it reminds me of what I've been doing a lot of lately-- taking advantage of a sunny patch to put my leg up and read.

Enjoy your Wednesday!

  1. What a comfortable, relaxing-looking picture, Cathy! I'm not owned by cats (I have canine overlords), but that addition of the pet just really adds to the picture, I think... Enjoy the Wednesday, yourself.

    1. The inclusion of the pet does add to the picture, even though I, like you, are more used to canine overlords.

  2. How nice. A perfect scene, only needs tea and cookies for me. And I can hear that cat purring. I have no pet overlords, but love cats and dogs and all mammals.

    1. I imagine an end table at the end of the couch, just out of view, and that's where my tea is.
