February 2020 Additions to My eBook Stockpile

The weather is gorgeous, the birdies keep checking out the carport for possible nesting sites, the hummers are chasing each other around the backyard, and everything is either in bloom or starting to bloom. Pardon me for a short intro, but I want to get outside and soak up some Vitamin D!

Once again, I couldn't let a month go by without adding to my digital security blanket. I've listed my latest acquisitions by genre/subgenre, and if you click on the book title, you'll be taken to Amazon US where you can learn more about it. If you're one of my readers from outside the US who decides to buy one of these books, please don't forget to go to the right Amazon website for you.

I know one of you gave a rave review to The Splendid and the Vile, so I'm really looking forward to that, but then...I'm looking forward to all of them. Did I manage to stockpile any books that tickle your fancy or that you've already read? Which ones? Any words of wisdom for me? Inquiring minds would love to know!

  1. Oh, you've got some good 'uns here, Cathy. I'm interested in New Orleans Noir for some time when I want short stories. I like Julie Smith's work, and it would be interesting to see how she does as editor. I'll look forward to your reaction when you've read it.

    1. I've only read books in his Tracy Crosswhite series, and I've really enjoyed them. Strong, believable female character. I think you'd like them, especially if you start at the beginning.

  3. I loved The Splendid and the Vile, but I am a WWII history buff so of course, I wanted it. Definitely was not disappointed. I also like Charles Todd, Jeri Westerson, and Vicki Delany!
