He's an adorable little guy. Nothing like him in Illinois. He has a finch like face... any idea what family he is from?
The ID on this little birdie was bugging me all day. So when I got home from work tonight I hauled out my Crossley ID Guide and I think he's a young male Western Tanager. But I've never actually met one before. Phew.
