Kathy-- I think it was, since it waited while I fumbled with the camera!Barbara-- Once I took his photo, he went back to scarfing up the sunflower seeds I'd put out. ;)
He's a little cutie! That's a bird I never see here in the midwest. He has a face that looks a little like the cowbirds that haunt my yard.
Leslie-- Actually he's related to sparrows; he's just bigger and has a more vivid personality.
