One of my favorite places to read is outdoors, and I can easily see myself sitting here enjoying a good book. Of course, I would have some cushions, and the table would hold my iced tea, a spare book or two, and my camera.
If that photo had been taken here, hummingbirds and butterflies would flock to all the flowers, and if there is a birdbath or fountain just out of sight (as there should be), I can see more wildlife enjoying the space. I can even see someone joining me on the other bench with their own necessities.
Care to join me?
What a beautiful spot! It's a perfect place to watch the birds and other animals, drink in the beauty of the flowers, and get lost in a book, too. All that and a cold drink, too? What more to want?

DeleteBeautiful! But I could never read there. I'd be too busy looking at the birds, insects, and other visitors to those flowers, not to mention the flowers themselves.
ReplyDeleteI've been rather successful reading in such places. I think I have "T. Rex Vision", and the slightest movement gets my attention. (Which does mean that I wouldn't be reading all that much! LOL)
DeleteIt's very beautiful but I like that comfy reading chair on the glassed-in porch looking over water and mountains.
