It's interesting what can confuse a person. For the last several years that I was a member of the work force, I had a schedule of which I boasted that everyone else's Monday was my Friday and everyone else's Friday was my Monday. But I wore a watch and knew what day of the week and month it was. I can't say that now. I can't tell you the last time I wore a watch, and with Denis's work schedule seemingly changing at each and every whim of the City of Phoenix, I have no clue what day of the week it is unless I plot it out on my calendar/planner. I have a better chance of telling someone what day of the month it is... and even then I'm liable to be a day or two off!
Denis and I spent a very relaxing week down in Bisbee last week, which was the reason for no link round-up. But I'm back, and my calendar assures me that it's Friday, so let's get some links rounded up!

I'm off to look at the most beautiful bookstores and the Lord of the Rings link, among others. I joined Pinterest but after pinning 3 things I've never really taken to it. Maybe I need to give it another chance.
ReplyDeleteWho knows, Candace? There are only so many hours in a day! :)
DeleteThat's a great kind of confusion if you ask me! Thanks for the links.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome!
DeleteCathy - I know just what you mean about that kind of confusion. It's happened to me, too, when I've been away from the normal routine. Sometimes it's hard to get back to "real life" where you need to know what time it is...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the links!
It's good to see that I've not been the only confused person around here! :o)
DeleteSince Dave sold his business, neither of us knows what day it is. Sad to say, we keep track by doctor appts. and basketball games. :D
ReplyDeleteDoctor appointments... yes, I have been brought back to Planet Earth by those!
DeleteIf it wasn't for all of my kids' school activities I would be the same way (and am during the summer time). :)
ReplyDeleteAnd it sounds as though you don't mind being that way during the summer!
DeleteGosh, I now knew why I was so confused the last few days...something was missing!! YOU and the weekly roundup! No wonder I didn't know which end was up. I was depending on you to be my calendar!!! JK - - just missed your take on the world around and the big-wide internet! Thanks for bringing me back to rights!
ReplyDeleteGlad I could be of service. ;-) And thanks for making me laugh!
DeleteKindles sitting around unused??? Perish the thought ;)
ReplyDeleteBut that link to The Poisoned Pen is a terrible temptation - I almost bought a book or two which are already waiting for me in my Kindle.
I really love the Discover Mysteries deals that the Poisoned Pen is coming out with. The only reason why I can resist almost all of them is because I've already read the books. Heaven help me when they put the same deals on books I haven't read! :-O
