I goofed off so much today that this Weekly Link Round-Up is late. (I promise I won't segue into an Alice in Wonderland "I'm late, I'm late! For a very important date!") Instead of apologizing and groveling, I'll just pour some fresh green tea over ice and get started on these links. I hope you find one or two that are enlightening, enjoyable... just plain worth the time!

New to My Google Reader
That's all for this week. Don't forget to stop by next Friday (I'll try to be on time....) when I'll have a fresh batch of links for your surfing pleasure. See you then!
Thanks for including the "death of blogging" post in the Round-up this week, Cathy! It's been a great discussion, and I'd love to get more thoughts about it.
ReplyDeleteI love weekly feature. You've got some terrific links. And, I love your Reader's Bill of Rights. I'd love to post something similar on my blog.
ReplyDeleteFlorinda-- I hope I help aim some more discussion your way! :)
ReplyDeleteHolly-- I'm glad you like this feature, and The Reader's Bill of Rights. :)
I loved that article about book recommendations gone wrong :) Lots of other great articles here too.
ReplyDeleteCathy - your weekly link round-ups send me around the blogosphere for 30-40 minutes of great reading ... thank you for weeding and sorting the articles :)
ReplyDeleteI'm just going to second Dawn today!
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, thank you for including the full video clip of Nevada Barr at The Poisoned Pen. She is such a hoot. I love her even more now.
ReplyDeleteI always read these, and always appreciate them, even if I don't always comment. This week I have to ask if you've ever read The Vicar of Nibbleswick, because of the joke in there about "gulp" and "sip."
ReplyDeleteI would like to be able to gulp when reading, but most of the time I can only sip. I think it makes a difference in what you can read--sometime I'll have to expound on that at NNP, I guess.
Loved the links this week. I'm definitely going to try my hand at making a hardback cover for some paperbacks that have seen better days. I have tons of cardboard so I'm up for the challenge.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing Florinda's link - that was a very thought inspiring post.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for linking to my gutter mouth ;0)
I'm getting ready to start the Lippman book for a blog tour so I hope we both like it. Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteAmy-- I'm glad you enjoyed them!
ReplyDeleteDawn-- You're very welcome!
Beth-- Lazy bones! LOL
Barbara-- I had the exact same reaction as I sat there. What a treat!
Jeanne-- No, I missed that reference, so I'm very glad that you pointed it out. Thanks! :)
Kris-- Let us know how it goes!
Molly-- You're welcome. (And I kiss Denis with mine as well... hehehe!)
Ryan-- We shall see. :)
