The monsoon season is trying its best to start here in Phoenix, Arizona. Nothing like much higher humidity when it's 113°F. (45°C.) in the shade. Here's hoping that Mother Nature will be generous with rain... and not have ten years' worth fall in less than five minutes, which is usually what happens during monsoon season!

I just love all of those bookends! The Star Wars one is especially adorable and I'm not even a big Star Wars fan! And the Nora Ephron is a riot! Thanks for all the great links. And yes, I'll pray for rain for you if you pray for me! :--) It really is miserable for us folks in Southern Arizona!

Loved the Nora Ephron piece. :D We are heading into a heat wave ourselves and it's dry for a change. As I sweat, I'll have my fingers crossed for nice rain for both of us, no gully-washers, just slow easy rain that lasts a while.
