I've totally lost track of the number of rotten days that have been magically transformed by coming home to my dog. Animals have an amazing way of putting things into perspective, don't they?
Yep, one of the best things about a dog is that warm greeting you get when you walk in the door. I can walk down to get the mail and when I get back my dog will act like she hasn't seen me in a week.

ReplyDeleteI love it! My Chihuahuas are always excited to see me...but my newest adoptee Daisy The French Bulldog bowls me over every evening, snorting and cavorting and completely overjoyed. Dogs are truly a gift from God. :)
