Forbes recently came out with its list of the best paid authors in the world. As I looked over the names, none of them were really a surprise--especially the #1 spot. If you're a curious soul like me, you probably want to take a peek at the list yourself. You can check it out here.
Most of the authors I suspected were on the list. However I was surprised to see that Danielle Steele is still doing well. I remember reading a few of her books in my teens but they quickly lost their appeal for me because I found them very formulaic.
