Scene of the Blog Featuring Carol of DizzyC's Little Book Blog!

This week, we're visiting Carol in East Anglia, England. Carol is the stay- at-home mother who created DizzyC's Little Book Blog to share her love of her favorite books with the world.

What are her favorite books? Women's fiction, contemporary/ popular fiction, Historical Romance/fiction, Rom-com's and Chick-lit. Besides reviews, you'll find giveaways, talk about works-in-progress, and a visiting author or two. If you read even further, you'll find that this busy, busy lady is going to be married in less than a month! Where on earth does she find the time to do everything?!?

If you've never visited DizzyC's Little Book Blog before, I hope you take this opportunity to do so. Letting her know that you've stopped by with a "Hi!" or a "Congratulations!" comment would be great!

If you're visiting from Carol's blog-- Welcome! I'm glad you decided to stop by and take a look at her blogging space (and a few of her books, too). If you'd like to see any of the photos in a larger size, just click on them, and they'll open in a new window. If you'd like to read the spines on some of Carol's books, you may have to click on the photo once more when it's opened in that new window. Blogger gets persnickety once in a while! Once you've checked out Carol's space, feel free to take a look at those of previous participants. Click on the Scene of the Blog tab at the very top of my header. There are two ways to search: by Blog Name and by Location. Now let's go visit Carol!

Carol finding a moment to blog.

I don't have a designated work space at home, only wish I did.  I would love my own little den!

My work space depends on where the children are and what they are up to.

Quite often I will blog when the youngest, AJ, is asleep or at playschool.  Occasionally I will blog when he is playing quietly in the same room.  This has disadvantages as he will often ask to use the laptop and I lose it to him! :-)

Some of Carol's review books

I have a shelf designated for my review books.  They are usually ordered by publication date.

Carol and her Kindle
I honestly don't know how you've found time to do everything, Carol. You're an inspiration!

I know that many of us have children who always come first-- and that you're not alone in losing your computer time to your child!

Thank you so much for allowing us this glimpse into your home. We really appreciate it!

Don't forget to stop by next Wednesday when I'll be featuring yet another book blogger in our worldwide community!

  1. Cathy,

Thank you so much for the lovely guest post. You have done a wonderful job!

I am sorry for the grainy photos, hence my hobby is not photography :)

I could have moved my son's asthma inhaler before taking that photo.
I don't always sit with laptop on lap :)

I am super busy at the moment with wedding only 3 weeks away and school hols. My reading and blogging is, as always, taking 2nd place. 3 weeks time the kids are back at school and wedding over I will dedicate more time to the blog.

    1. Hey...I've photographed my house and had to retake them after noticing the dust shining by the light of the flash. :-)

Thank you so much for agreeing to be my guest!

    1. I know, maybe when the kids have grown up and left I can use one of their rooms.

Mind u the eldest is almost 18 and I am sure will be here for a few more years :)
How long do you think it is acceptable to wait before taking over their room??? Mmmmmm
