Makes me miss Bernadette at Reactions to Reading, who also did charts.
But your good books' recommendations add to my groaning TBR lists. I await your reviews of new books.Kathy D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/18418720666849497808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-36784746587600761812019-01-11T23:51:46.466-07:002019-01-11T23:51:46.466-07:00I used to include more categories and side-by-side...I used to include more categories and side-by-side year comparisons, but the post was unwieldy and took forever to put together, so I decided to streamline it. I'm glad you enjoy taking a look. I probably need to work on my Excel spreadsheet skills, you have tracked lots of interesting categories! Mostly, aside from total, I can tell you I only read 5 non-fiction books, by counting them manually!holdenjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04563239351498816805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-84606926474640985642019-01-09T13:47:25.909-07:002019-01-09T13:47:25.909-07:00I am in awe of those who read over 300 books per y...I am in awe of those who read over 300 books per year. I think they're true speed readers, and that's something I've never really wanted to learn.

I was looking at my Best Reads graphic last night, wondering when I'd be putting up the 2019 version.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01774383554326288663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-2513451372999416382019-01-09T13:44:54.146-07:002019-01-09T13:44:54.146-07:00Thanks, Margot! Thanks, Margot!Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01774383554326288663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-53148247634518274392019-01-09T13:44:35.322-07:002019-01-09T13:44:35.322-07:00Our minds know what they're hungry for, I supp...Our minds know what they're hungry for, I suppose.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01774383554326288663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-88761894684933446872019-01-09T06:57:22.470-07:002019-01-09T06:57:22.470-07:00I always enjoy looking at your past year's sta...I always enjoy looking at your past year's statistics. I always marvel at readers who read 100 plus books a year. Some on GR read over 300. It seems like I read every day and I read about 70 books a year. It must have to do somewhat with the speed of the reading besides the time spent.I feel that I spend the time. What I am looking forward to is seeing which book becomes the first on your 1st for best of 2019.Lynn T.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08920789124947857728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1999659125625323494.post-46678263990281212052019-01-09T05:39:17.155-07:002019-01-09T05:39:17.155-07:00As always, Cathy, I'm so impressed with the wa...As always, Cathy, I'm so impressed with the way you've kept track of (and depicted!) your reading. But that's 2018 and 2019 will be a whole new ball game. I read a lot more women writers than men and have for a number of years. Not sure why, but there it is.
