Petting the rays is a lot of fun, although this time, they seemed to love drenching my nieces. That's what I meant about your not needing towels!

It looks like you had a fantastic time, Cathy, and I'm so happy for that! I have to say, I love all the photos, but I especially love Daisy's meerkat photo. I love those little guys. The pictures of riding on camels reminded me of when we had our daughter's birthday party at the Philadelphia Zoo one year. We gave the kids camel, elephant, and pony rides, and it was so much fun.

DeleteLoved the pics! Yes, you are a great photographer and you caught some great shots. Feeding the giraffe brough back memories to me. Our daughter tried that when she was very little - maybe 3 or 4 - and she was terrified of the giraffe tongue. She thought it looked like a snake and she never wanted to do that again - ha!
