I have a large TBR stack as most readers do and I kept thinking I must get back to the Kate Ellis series. I have enjoyed the books I have read so far and I have the next 5 books in the series to read. I like the mystery from the past and a current mystery in each book. The characters are quite enjoyable as you get to know them better. I was thinking today I am starting to like the characters in this series as I do in the Elly Griffiths series. Amon...Oh, I like this series very much, too, Cathy. Among many other things to like about it (at least for me) is the fact that these characters evolve as the series goes on.
