About Me
- Cathy
- Phoenix, Arizona, United States
- Hi! I'm addicted to books (especially crime fiction), laughter and traveling off the beaten path. In my free time, when my eyes aren't glued to the printed page, one of them is usually pressed against the viewfinder of my camera. Let's see... books, laughter, travel, photography. Anything else? Oh yeah-- my dream house wouldn't have a kitchen!

Beautiful!
ReplyDeletewow, another beautiful WW butterfly. I love how it is in the shadows...very nice.
ReplyDeleteI love it!!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. Glad you caught the butterfly on his way to Central America.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, I love photography but use my other blogs not my book review one to publish them on :)
ReplyDeleteI think it is trying to play hide and seek.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely photo! Very impressed that you caught such a quick creature!
ReplyDeleteHere's my WW for today: TexasRed Books
This is a lovely shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot - the colours are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteForgot to say - just noticed you're reading one of Phil Rickman's Merrily Watkins novels, will be interested to hear what you think. I love this series and think she's a great character.
ReplyDeleteEleanor-- Thanks!
ReplyDeleteCaite-- I love photographing butterflies. They usually give the photographer quite a workout in patience and stealth!
Kathy-- Thanks!
Barbara-- There's just something very special about Monarch butterflies, isn't there?
LindyLou-- I used to have 3 blogs, one of which was a photography blog. I just didn't have time to keep all of them maintained properly. Most blog readers want to know the person behind the book reviews, so I figured some personal photos wouldn't hurt. :)
Dorte-- And butterflies are very good at that!
TR-- Trying to photograph the little devils can have me ripping out my hair! LOL
BBTS-- Thanks!
Barbara-- Thank you! As for Merrily, it's all going to depend on how the book ends!
Cathy I think the photos are a great idea :)
ReplyDeleteLindyLou-- Thanks! :)
ReplyDeletelove it!
ReplyDeleteKathy-- Thanks!
