Weekly Link Round-Up, BEA/BBC Edition

Most of you probably know about BookExpo America and the Book Blogger Convention that were both held last week in New York City. I've been having a blast going through my Google Reader and checking out all the photos and experiences of those who attended. The following links are all to book bloggers' posts about last week's events. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did. This is by no means a complete listing, and there are still posts appearing daily.

These are the links I have so far, and with my taking time off from the Internet, I doubt that I'll have time to collect any more, so if any of you would like to help me, I'd love it. If you find any BEA or BBC posts that are not included here, please leave me a link to each one in the comments section of this post, and I'll add them when I'm back online. Thanks so much!

Next Friday stop by for a fresh batch of non-BEA-related links for your surfing pleasure!

  1. Thanks so much for compiling these -- and including me! :) I'm having a blast reading everyone's wrap-up posts from NYC. Almost -- almost! -- as fun as going was in the first place!

  5. Thank you for posting these posts about BEA etc. in one place. Although I live in NYC I wasn't able to attend the Expo or anything (very sad about it!) but I am enjoying reading about other blogger's experience. This post of yours makes it much easier to catch up. Thanks for your kindness and generosity in sharing these links, Cathy.

  6. Thanks for your generosity and compiling all these links, Cathy (and for including my posts!). I am having a lot of fun reading all of these because even though I was there, it seems like everyone had a slightly different experience. There was so much going on it was impossible to do it all...so it is fun to live vicariously through other people's fun!

FYI: I'm doing a series of book buzz posts to highlight some of the books I picked up at BEA ... today was the first one. There will be five in all including: Sizzling Books for Summer, September Gems, October Highlights, and Hot for the Holidays.

  7. Thanks for linking up my BEA posts! It's nice you've got everything collected here. Reading the rest makes me realize how big the show really was, and how much I didn't get to see. If publishing house tours are scheduled again next year, they'll be high on my list to attend.

    Rhapsody-- You're welcome!

Jennifer-- Each time I open Google Reader, there seems to be more posts... and I know that I'm not subscribed to everyone who went!

    Anna-- You're welcome!

    Amy-- You're very welcome. :)

Wendy-- I'll keep my eyes peeled for these posts. Thanks!

Sarah-- BEA is so huge that there's no way one person could experience it all. These posts help those who attended... and those who didn't!

    Beth-- You're welcome!
