Thank you for the link to the Amazon vine program debate - I hadn't seen that before.

I always thought you had to become a top Amazon reviewer to get invited on the program, so am disappointed to discover that isn't true. I'm not in the vine program, but wanted to join.

I thought that it was the top 1000 reviewers on Amazon UK that were members - I've been working my way up and am now ranked 2500. I was hoping it wouldn't take much more work to get there and am sad that isn't always true. Fingers crossed they'll invite me soon anyway.

Jackie-- I had the same misconceptions of the Vine program as you. Fortunately for me, I received an invitation from them to be a Vine member, and I accepted. I'm still not sure why they sent it to me, since I'm such small potatoes!
